
when you are an advocate for your own experience, your emotions are free to bee. let them all bee.
breathe. just right here. no where else to bee right now. no matter how sharp, intense or big it feels. you are exactly where you need to bee.
notice what happens in your body when you are not trying to bee different that what is available right. here. right. now.
what is your sense? what is your discomfort? what is your resistance? what is your escape? what is your edge? what is your fear? what is your bellyache? what is your connection to self?
if the pattern is to numb, overeat, run, explode, delay, leave the body, distract, punish self, avoid etc. can you lend a connection here in the present just for this moment?
you are loving awareness. you are capable to shifting and transforming density into motion through allowance, patience, acceptance and rememberance.
one day your capacity can hold more, another day it can hold less. we are such complex creatures with so much that can stimulate our systems. we also hold unique experiences that make us who we are and potentially influence who we are becoming.
the moment we believe everything else is more important is where we become irrelevant. can we return to here? can we decline the inviataion to be else where and bee where our feet are?
when we come back home to belonging within ourselves, this is how to create spaciousness. this is where we can find our one of a kind mind.
this may be what unknowns feel like. we can learn to spend even more connection here if that feels alive and supportive.
nothing is permanent. nothing lasts forever. you are boundless creation upgrading all the time into new itterations of your expression. remember to celebrate who you bee in the moment because soon a change will remain. what a gift that this moment gets to feel so real! i will treasure that in my heart forever.
